Beef

PASTURE-RAISED, USDA INSPECTED, GRASS-FED, GRAIN-FINISHED

Happy cows make happy beef. We raise our Angus cattle in the old-fashioned way, with grass, sunlight, and mother nature. We offer them grain for that perfect flavor and marbling. All of our beef is dry aged for 18-21 days before being vacuum sealed and frozen for the highest quality meat.

 

Pork

PASTURE-RAISED

Our pigs are raised happy and healthy: unconfined, with plenty of room to roam, and access to sun and fresh air. They spend their summers playing in the mud (the way it should be). This creates the most flavorful pork and award-winning sausages. Our pork is vacuum sealed and frozen for the highest quality meat.

Lamb

GRASS-FED, PASTURE-RAISED

We care for each for each animal individually from the day it is born so you can enjoy the highest quality and healthiest product possible. With fresh air, grass, and sun every day, our sheep are always happy. Our lamb is vacuum sealed and frozen for the highest quality meat.

 

Chicken And EGGS

CAGE-FREE, FREE-RANGE

We raise a colorful variety of laying hens, for a colorful variety of eggs! Our chickens are tended carefully each day, and love ranging in the sun. The broiler chickens are plump and flavorful, and available whole or parted.

Cheese

Great cheese starts with great milk. Hemme Brothers takes making their farmstead cheese just a bit further than most, controlling the process from crop to cream to curd. All of their cheeses are handmade with milk from cows that spend their days feeding on flavorful grasses, hay and grain from their own farm.

Beth’s Kydz Sudz is a family endeavor built on the foundation of hard work, determination and (most of all) tender loving care. They take the extra time to make their goat milk soap in small batches, giving the utmost care to each and every bar down to the last detail. After all, it’s the little things that matter most!

Featuring local honey from beehives in our own county and delicious jams made from fresh fruits. We also have locally made Bar-B-Q sauces, seasonings, and rubs which pair beautifully with our meats.
